As COO and Co-owner of Ryka Consulting (now Ryka Land Services) since 2008, Joshua leads its strategic initiatives including the UAS research and development program. Hawes is an accomplished telecom executive with more than 16 years in the industry, directing both technical analysis and site acquisition projects, currently with Ryka and previously for both Verizon Wireless and Starbucks Coffee Company.
The depth and variety of his professional experiences, combined with his service oriented and problem solving approach with each client, ensures unique site development and cost effective results.
Hawes received his MBA from Babson College, Olin School of Business, and his undergraduate degree from Washington State University.
