Ms. Pierce founded Ryka Land Services (formerly Ryka Consulting) in 2005, and has over 20+ years experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in inbound and outbound collocation management, lease renewals, site decommissioning, zoning and permitting, project management, customer relationship building and contract negotiations for various cellular carriers. Prior to founding Ryka, Ms. Pierce served as a Sales Account Representative for American Tower (AMT) for the Pacific Northwest. She currently leads Ryka’s inbound collocation management for a major tower company in the Northwest. Additionally, her activities include lease and ancillary contract negotiations, construction management, project management and coordination, site feasibility analysis, and other aspects related to the collocation process. Her focus on customer service, and depth of knowledge of both tower company and carrier real estate and operations processes’, combined with a passion to provide a high level of quality ensures that Ryka’s clients have a partner focused on their needs.
Ms. Pierce earned a B.A. in Business Management from University of Massachusetts, Worcester. She is an avid runner, mother of three children, and enjoys competing in distance road races.
